All ILPs, contracts, communications, and behaviour records must be uploaded to Bromcom.
All behaviour contracts must be saved as PDF and placed on the student profile on Bromcom.
3 Warnings = Reflection (1 day) + 30-minute detention
Parent call/text home to notify of behaviour.
Examples: Being off-task, refusing instructions, disruptive behaviour, getting out of chair without permission, throwing objects, talking back, inappropriate uniform.
Reflection (2 days) + 30-minute detention per day
Student placed on report or behaviour contract to Head of Key Stage. Parental meeting arranged.
Examples: Swearing in class, verbal abuse towards student, damage to property/misuse of equipment.
Incident referred to CEO. Parent school notified.
Examples: Abuse (physical/verbal) towards staff, physical abuse towards student, vaping, cyber-bullying/bullying, stealing/vandalism, persistent Tier 2 behaviour or failed behaviour contract.
