This handbook ensures every staff member follows a unified, consistent, compliant approach to behaviour management, escalation, documentation, and communication.
2. BEHAVIOUR LEVELS OVERVIEW
Evolution Education uses a clear 3-stage escalation pathway:
LEVEL 1 – REPORT STAGE

LEVEL 2 – BEHAVIOUR CONTRACT

Weekly mentoring, counselling if required
LEVEL 3 – FINAL WARNING CONTRACT
