1. SEMH Assessments

  • Complete Day-1 SEMH assessment
  • Use this to create student ILP

2. ILP Creation

  • Produce ILP on Day 1
  • Share with Centre Manager, staff team, and Bromcom

3. Girls Mentoring

  • Daily mentoring for identified female students
  • Record progress

4. Group Sessions

  • Deliver 1 girls group per half term

5. Thrive & SEMH Tracking

  • Contribute to Thrive meetings
  • Flag students in crisis

AMY — HR LEAD / COMMUNICATIONS / ATTENDANCE

Core Duties

1. HR Compliance

  • Contracts
  • Right-to-work
  • Personnel files
  • Induction documentation

2. Parent & School Communication

All emails, letters, and texts to parents or schools MUST be approved by:

  • CEO
  • or
  • Head of Communication (Amy)

3. Attendance Monitoring

  • Daily attendance logs
  • Follow up unexplained absences
  • Enter marks into Bromcom

4. Portal & Admin Systems

  • Maintain digital systems
  • Upload timetables
  • Support staff in using portals

JEFF — SENIOR MENTOR

Core Duties

1. Mentoring

  • Daily mentoring sessions
  • Boxall or Thrive link where appropriate
  • Logs uploaded every day

2. Behaviour Support

  • Attend incidents
  • Regulate students
  • Support Reflection Room

3. Group Work

  • Support Sacha & Malikah with group sessions

4. Student Support

  • Key worker for allocated students
  • Escort students in crisis
