How to Report a Concern

Inform DSL or Deputy DSL immediately.
Record the concern factually on My Concern.
If urgent and no DSL is available:
- Call MASH: 020 8227 3811
- Email: childrenss@lbbd.gov.uk
- Complete a MARF
If a child is in immediate danger: Call 999.
Notify the DSL of any direct referral.
